Right at the top of West Newton Hill, this home won the award for "Best Historic Renovation" from the City of Newton in 2014. A family room addition, a carport, and a detached garage made this into an 8,000 sq. ft. estate. A pool and pergola were subsequently added making this property a magnificent estate.

An Italian villa in the heart of Boston.

The Beacon Street project was a complete renovation of a 5-story brownstone in a Back Bay neighborhood. The custom designed kitchen was moved from the rear of the house to the front connecting to a 3-story family room overlooking the Charles River. This home, with its game room, family room, and office can truly change the way you work and the way you play.

An old gem made new.

Located in a West Newton Hill neighborhood, this historic renovation won "Best Exterior Renovation" from the City of Newton in 2016. 

Inside, an old gem was turned modern. Doors, marble fireplaces, and tiles were restored to bring out their original beauty. The "Putnam House" was revived and will enjoy many more years.

Apartment living in style.

This historic building was revived into 4 luxurious condominium units with all the amenities. Extra space was added on the roof deck in the penthouse unit. Open kitchens and family rooms, an abundance of closets, and the highest quality craftsmanship in the moldings, cabinetry, and built-ins are everywhere. This renovation was completed keeping the "style" in mind while creating modern and elegant units.

Tucked away near a golf course, this home was designed and built to sit on the lot perfectly. Once inside, there is light coming in from every angle.

A gorgeous hill-side mansion.

Restoring this estate was challenging with an authentic "organ" that had taken over the house. The result was a beautiful galley kitchen leading to an open family/breakfast and living room on one side and a magnificent dining room on the other. All the woodwork in the dining room and the majestic staircase was restored to its original beauty.
